I think that's just for votes, myself. I don't think anything short of armed national guard all along the border and a finished wall will keep them in Mexico. A video I watched yesterday with an ex-border control guy said they'll just bus them down to the nearest bridge/point of entry and let them out. Those BC officers will handle there as usual, meaning they'll get back in. Not until the govt. declares NO BENEFITS, NO HEALTH CARE, NO VOTING will it perhaps slow down and only then a small amount. Call me a pessimist.
