There are thousands of such creatures running around here, and if they are caught after the crime (probability low) they will stand in court, make fun of the victim (she wanted it that way) and the judge will acquit 99% of them.
In the end, the victim may still be punished because, in the judge's opinion, she didn't put up enough of a fight.
Don't forget, if a woman kills or injures such a creature, she will be punished more severely than a rapist.

Outrageous to say the least.
Pepper spray is illegal in certain countries in Europe, you will be punished by the police if the police discover it on you.
Hurting a rapist can also lead to problems, the judge will end up saying "how can you say he wanted to rape you???"
If you beat up the rapist after he committed the crime or send him across the Jordan (which almost no woman can do here), the judge will say that it was a crime that you killed the guy and that you should have called the police.
Well the police will be too late either way, and every woman will be burned in the end, whether after he committed the crime or after the court hearing, which is at least 2 years later when you catch the pig, the rapist will 99% of the time walk away as a free man with one Laughter from the courthouse.
Hurting an rapist is an bad idea in Europe. But may an little informative talk in an silent, dark and lonely place would help?
