Speaking of surgery a crazy cat woman died and left a bunch of ferral cats behind. Some dims decided the best solution was to catch them, neuter or spay and release them to the dismay of chicken owners. On our southern boarder we have a similar problem. If we're going to catch and release we may as well spay or neuter them first. This would solve the problem in 2 ways. First it would discourage them from coming here in the first place. Second it would lessen the damage done by those that do.

Maybe so, I really don't know. Do you remember when he was campaigning and he was so disgusted with common core curriculum in our schools? He said he'd get rid of it day one. And the Dept of Ed at the federal level. And bring education back to the states (like it was when I was a kid). Well, he didn't do that either, and never said why. Just hired ol Betsy.
I've lost any faith I had in politicians and voting a number of years ago.

executive order 13767 was signed in 2017 actual construction never began until 2018. Many statistics show 450 mile completed of building new wall along with replacing old wall. Calculation would be a average of 150 miles per year in 3 year with some 500 mile to go. Which would have put the completion of the wall within two terms as president

Yes perhaps your right I do think in Americas darkest hour maybe President Trump should have imposed martial law and a national emergency once it was clear that the fix was in. Sadly almost every door seemed to close on our 45th president options: and friends became very few and far between. I’ve always found the memorial coin given to Vice President Pence via a handshake upon certification of the election results very much unbecoming in the closing days of the legacy of the Trump presidency . He could have had the election rerun under Military control since there was s clear evidence of foreign interference.

He could have ordered full audits in all the states that stopped counting and had unconstitutional changes to laws applied to there voting process.

He could have declassified all the documents that show a conspiracy to commit fraud on our election that benifets only democrats.

Biden appointed Kamala Harris as the “border czar” on March 24 and she still hasn’t visited the border.
