After a major coffee pot failure this morning (back up pot to the rescue), was wondering what everyone else puts in their coffee? Do you drink coffee at all? I put honey and cinnamon in mine.
The more backups the better?Black coffee here, an occasional cappucino or latte but just with milk.
I've got alot of different coffee making backups, too. Drip, press, perculate on the stovetop, instant in a pinch...
The water is definitely important!I don't drink a ton of coffee, but I do enjoy it. I'm not a snob. To me the water is as important as the coffee. I despise coffee made with that chlorine flavored swimming pool water that most cities have. I'm just as happy with Folger's as I am with boutique coffee. That said, Dunkin Donuts coffee is pretty good. I have a can of Folger's at home. I also have a bag of Black Rifle Coffee Company's "Just Black" medium roast. It's good, but not worth the $16 price tag. The best I've found, so far, is Iowa Coffee Roasters Jamaican Island. Absolutely fantastic coffee.
I take mine straight black and a little on the tough side. I don't mind a few grounds in the bottom of the cup. Years ago I made it so strong that I could helevitate and temporarily understand foreign languages after two cups, but those days are long gone now. I don't think my kidneys could handle it anymore...
