The last few days I have been observing the crow population here in the burbs. There are a lot of them! Doing some research they are hunted and states have a crow season. Farmers consider crows nuisance animals because they eat everything in sight. And yes, people actually eat crow! LOL. Say it tastes like duck. Not that hard to bring down with a good shotgun load. Anyone for some crow?

I've got two crows that visit my backyard daily. They used to steal my eggs. I considered killing them but instead got them addicted to goldfish crackers.
They no longer go after my eggs, they don't bother anything else in the garden and they keep the hawks away.
I like having them around as long as they behave.
