Breakfast was 2 eggs over easy, ham, french toast.
Lunch was tenderloin with cottage fries.
Dinner was deep dish pizza, beer.
Blueberry cobbler with chocolate ice cream hot caramel sauce glass white wine.
Stuffed to the gills.
I don't think I could eat all that in a day LOL, that's a lot of food!
Don't remember the last time I ate 3 full meals with dessert. Maybe on a cruise to Mexico 15 years ago....

I brought half home for leftovers.
My Irishman and I share food.
Hence why I cook in miniature, I don't eat a lot.

Mobookworm: congrats on your weightloss! October was a bad month for me, I just didn't stick to anything and had candy, alcohol, lots of baked stuff, didn't stick to my hours , didn't make soup a lot until a few days ago. So now I am back to 14 pounds , oh well

our neighbor ( older lady with some health issues) weedeats with a strap around her back and shoulder that the weedeater is attached to. Maybe this would help?

WEEK 19 DAY 2

did not make pizza yesterday, but Korean rice bowl with ground goat , veggies and cuke and carrot salad

today I am going to make some of the nice collards still in the garden , collard greens stew ( spicy) with tomatoes and peanut butter, plus rice. Not sure what soup yet

I can get my size 12 jeans down without unsnapping or unzipping them.
They fit well everywhere but in the waist .
I got my Irishman's belt back.
So I guess belly dancing is working well. Started step 4 yesterday.
Everything is back to hurting.
And I do mean everything.
Already rode recumbent bike for 15 minutes this morning.
Today is yoga day, weights.
You know that lower stomach pooch right above the waist I no longer have that.
I have the pooch above the waist line finish getting rid of.
Just have to get everything firmed up too.

didnt give in today.....went hiked late...was rewarded with several squirrels and some deer.....seen a small 4 point buck and he was lightly grunting...he was down below me and across holler...i watched him for a long while...a doe came in and snorted at me...she went up the hill and i watched him scenting her out....it was awesome to watch....he was 175# deer...clearly he was just starting to rut a bit.

well....yall know i got leg issues...i been pushing it even though my legs are not 'acting right' well yesterday i had chance to go into forest so i stopped by and picked up 'professor' and off to forest we went on scientific expedition. went to rougher spot and went spent a few hours in wilds...got back to truck at dark and i could tell i was in trouble...dropped him off and got home and ate very little food and showered and was in bed at 7.30....boyhowdy...dealt with dam cramps, nerve troubles all night.....i had big time fun...but price of admission was high last night....i am ok....but dealing with 2 sick seniors at same time...i got my hands full ...i am yet to get sock on my bad leg.......dont know how much i bite off today.

hope you feel better soon, I have heard magnesium helps with cramps ( I take it for my heart, even if I don't really have problems yet, but runs in my family )
Hope your parents feel better soon too, you have a lot going on

I don't diet at all.
I just eat what I want or what the Irishman wants except that dish that looks like dog's barf.
Not happening, not eating that.
And I have eaten strange food around the world.
But I use portion control, smaller plate size.
I also eat several times a day.
elkhound, drink pickle brine.
That's what I do it helps.
