1.) Over Easy if I am ordering in a restaurant. Fried if I am at home. I never mastered the flip.

2.) Apple. I always prefer the fruit pies.

3.) Rocky Road although Chocolate Mint is a very close second.

4.) Chili. Chili Mac. Chili on burritos. Sometimes Slingers.

5.) Sausage gravy, which I make myself.

this one I have memorized I made it enough

2.5 cups of cooked sweetpotatoes ( about 2-3 depending on how large)
3 eggs
1\2 cup of bourbon
1 tbsp vanille
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp nutmeg

edit: 4 tbsp butter almost forgot...sorry

put all that in a blender, this is the filling

put that in a piecrust ( a regular one ) and bake at 350 for about an hour ( I put a toothpick in to check)

Thank you! I am a bit surprized that you use bourbon and vanilla. When we've made whipped cream we've used bourbon instead of vanilla.
