Step 1:
Mix up your favorite biscuit recipe and add 2 eggs if you can afford them LOL. put it to the side.
1 pound of ground chuck or hamburger.
1/4 pound of spicy ground sausage.
1 small splash of beer for flavor.
Mince:
2 stalks of celery
3 green onions.
1 clove of garlic.
a large sprig of parsley.
2 jalapenos or 1 green bell pepper.
1 can of drained mushroom chunks.
Mix well with the meat and pinch out a 3" ball of dough, flatten it, and put a mixing spoon full of meat to one side of it, lightly sprinkle with cheese, fold it over, and pinch the edges down with a fork, trim off the excess dough. Mash it flat and Deep fry in lard until crispy; serve with warm spaghetti sauce or horseradish sauce.
