Hey everyone. Just wanted to share. I'm on week 9 of my new job after leaving my last job of almost 21 years. I'm making weekly what I was making biweekly. The job is a lot less stressful and I have a 401k for the fist time. I have 4 months left to pay on my house. My wife and I should be debt free except for an HVAC loan we had to get last year in about 36 months. Im turning 43 this year. The cabin in the woods might be a real possibility now. God is good.

Great to hear from you, CONGRATULATIONS!! Awesome news, never give up on that cabin!!

Is there a facepalm emoji? I watched a clip somewhere recently where the teenage daughter insisted she didn't have to 'pay' the credit card company as she had already bought the item-using the card. From what I understood, she said it would be paying 'twice' whats worse was her Mum was laughing at her.

If we were having a chat in person I'd ask any of yall what the heck with the once in a while fireworks, like 4 times now, I've heard what sounded like an M80, from a distance of course. Not that I would know what that sounds like from distance. I guess it is fireworks, I wouldn't think it is a gun. Anyhoo, it's clear, 63° out there.
My plant shelf thing has arrived. Maybe I'll take the Christmas tree down tomorrow and put the plant thing where the tree sits. I don't know, I thought about leaving it up through Easter. Yes, never have I ever left the tree up this long. I like it!

A widow man I clean for still has his tree up. I asked him if was leaving it for next Christmas?! He said he really hasn't noticed it in the corner, just used to it being there! He said he might just throw a sheet over it!
