Both! Lol!
This tractor drama has been going on since March of last year. We were told we were getting a new tractor in OCT.
After all that’s gone on with it I don’t hold my breath anymore. And I’m not sure if I can muster excitement over the relief that it will all be over and we can move on.

Fort is an engineer she doesn't use a thermometer to check her temp. LOL

Haha yes I use a thermometer to check my temperature

Speaking of poop, the local "illegals" go down to one of the many dairy farms in the area (Chino, Ca.), will shovel two scoops of cow manure into a burlap sack, then sell the bags door to door for $2 a bag. They will try to con you into buying 50-100 bags, that they spread onto your grass. It is guaranteed that in 4 weeks, your nice lawn is pure weeds, but green as heck!

Is this a true story?!?!

Yes it is. They are in my neighborhood daily. So far, about 10 of my neighbors have fallen for this trick. I asked if the manure has been sterilized and thy say, "of course", but then I see the same trucks filling them up down the street. At least they are trying to work instead of stealing, so I give them credit.

The dairy farms here compost the manure and sell it to the farmers. There are big piles covered with white plastic that is held down with old tires. It sits for several years before being used. You can tell the age of the pile by how far into the pile the tires have sunk. Tires sit up on top of the plastic on new piles and are flush or slightly under the level of the plastic/pile on the ready piles.

I am feeling better and my temperature is down to 98.0 :)

I am still taking it easy though. And the cough medicine might put me back to sleep soon.
:woo hoo::clapping:

Just got in from checking close due momma cows and one in particular looks like she may go early! So excited for our calving season! Lots of sexed semen used this year! Bring on the heifers! :woo hoo::huggs:
Lots of little cows.... LOL

Make sure you use the one labeled Human not Animal!
And don't forget how and where you used it last!

there is another less than favorite smell ... sileage ... aka already partly rotted/digested critter food
I cleaned out a silo for a dairy farmer near our house when I was bout 15 years old. When I crawled out of there and hit the fresh air I almost passed out. I was drunker'n Cooter Brown! Talk about a headache!
