Hope so too!Well I have my new "Toof". It's still sensitive from them prepping the tooth under the crown. I hope it will be better by dinner, I've got corn beef, potatoes asparagus, carrots and an onion in the pressure cooker for dinner. I'm hoping it turns out as well and the pressure cooked vegetables did last time and it's my first try cooking a meat in the pressure cooker as I just got it for Christmas. View attachment 3093
Nope! That's no fun!Ok y’all! Back to work. Y’all behave while I’m gone!
Whew! That’s good!
Well, the corned beef tasted just as good as when I cook it in a crock pot but I didn't think it was as tender even after cooking for 30 min out of the water and then cooking it anther 20 min in the water. Potatoes and veggies were fine and done in 30 min.Hope so too!
I really need to start using my cooker

@Double R and @gumpy we are currently amending two of our gardens beds with 3 cubic metres of cow manure, so we are well and truly in the do do now . Can tell you that manure comes off easily by stomping our boots on the bottom step of the veranda and then bang them together over the veranda rail to get rid of the rest before you come inside . Oh we are happy .
@Terri9630 not to tease you or anything but the weather here is and currently 32 oc or 89.6 F , sending all of you in the States occasional gusts of warmth so you don't get cabin fever there with all of the snow.
Not yet! Maybe tomorrow morning. That’s the story at least. I’ll keep ya posted!Yaaaaaaah! You finally got the replacement tractor!

Thank you! Clearly we need it!Good luck!
@Double R we buy it from a livestock transport company for $20 for the 3 cubic metres and they load it in our trailer too. It is washed and sits in a pile for a while until they sell it so kind of composted anyway and yes you are right it is great for the vegetable gardens. Our soil eats manure here so we have to regularly amend them.
Every spring I always helped my gramps muck out his stalls in the barn. We would put it on his garden and plow it under. He had a fantastic garden.@Double R we buy it from a livestock transport company for $20 for the 3 cubic metres and they load it in our trailer too.
