I just wanted to pop in and say hello.
I come here after being on other internet forums that worked their way into homesteading from other primary interests and have found that my interests had moved more to homesteading than what I was there for originally. Life goals and interests change in many ways.
Growing up on a farm in central Ohio I SWORE I would NEVER do any type of growing or farming again the day I left high school. Here I am now with 11 acres. 3+ gardens and moving into chickens and other fowl.
I'm learning a lot of the hard way but not ashamed to ask and see what others are doing and will be more than happy to share my experiences and mistakes to others.
