Lately I have been trying harder to eat more of a KETP diet. And also eating smaller portions and less meals. Anyways, when I feel energetic I will open a can of spam, slice it and dice it into about 3/8" cubes, fry it up in a pan and when it is about done i will crack 5 or 6 eggs on top and scramble it up. Breakfast or dinner, usually with some hot sauce on top.
I know it sounds like a huge meal but usually when i do this it may be my only meal for the day.
They also make bacon flavored SPAM, but I didn't think it was anything special when I tried it. However, as mentioned above, The price went up way to much the last several years, but if it is my one meal a day it is an affordable option, and by weight it costs less than bacon.
