Gotta ask, is that a Monza in your avatar?
Of course it’s a Monza. 
I had a 77 Skyhawk, Buick brother to the Monza. Had a Buick V-6 I built, w a 5 speed and no mustang ever saw anything but tail lights! Had a low profile blower so everything stayed under the hood.Of course it’s a Monza.
It was fun until some idiot rear ended me and totalled it out

I had the silo painted, currently have close to 5 miles of roads under construction plus 70 vacation homes. This old hillbilly is quite busy!

In looking at the trusses made around here and hearing what a friend, who's worked around lumber mills told me about seeing trusses full of bug borers and knots, seems to me it would be better to chose your own clear lumber and make a much stronger rafter system. Since we built our home the cost and quality of lumber have really gone bad. The lumber mills here in S.W. Oregon can't even handle large diameter logs anymore, so #1 lumber looks scary, if it's not all nailed up quickly it starts looking like an airplane propeller. In looking at what Hashbrown is putting together, his quality of lumber and work done are outstanding, sorry I can't say the same for a lot of homes being built in our area, I can't imagine seeing what kinds of shrinkage is going on in fancy homes built with green, soaking wet lumber.
First phase, we started December of last year developing this property. My uncle is the developer and all of these units will close by the end of the year. We have phase 2 currently under construction with another 40 foundations poured. I didn’t do any of the vertical construction. I have been responsible for building the roads, pad sites for the vacation homes, land clearing and the utilities. After finishing my little development I thought I would retire at least for awhile that hasn’t went quite as I planned. Wind noise is bad view with the volume down.

Did you have trouble with the EPA to get permits?
What is the large building near the end?

Thank you, I am a couple of years out now. Those issues turned me into an old man but I’m still kicking!
Just saw your silo when I cut off the back way to Branson. Looks great real eye catcher.
Are you in town Peepaw or just passing through?
In town grandson is in a play (Reed Springs) and going to watch him Friday. Probably go to SDC tomorrow. We will leave either Sat or Sunday.
