Like to know who the so-called analysts are, who pays them and where they get their information. I wonder do they have property taxes there?

Taking the land from those that know how to use it and giving (selling) it to people that don't have a clue, is going to help how? The 20 percent of the land NOT owned by whites is bad land, why? Maybe over grazing, and poor land management could be a clue.
