...When i first saw it and looked at it in detail (several years ago), I spotted a few things that could have been better.

Aye, ie: There's Quite a bit more that could be added to the 'Defense' quadrant (ie: Crossbows / Recurves, and 'PCP' air-rifles, for one) but.. At least 'Firearms' are a good springboard..

..I assess that most people who look at it are overwhelmed by the detail and the size of the task to get prepared in all those categories. ...They would rather just think of themselves as prepared enough...

...the 'I got my '72 hr' BOB, a Sams Club 36 pack of wa-wa, 2 buckets of Wise MREs, my AR and a whole 1000 rounds to feed it - I am Set!'-crowd..

...Displaying that chart would test the limits of a 70 foot movie theater screen (laboriously moved to portrait orientation). ..

i am going to say this..everything got messed up as to availability in this plague and then added sanctions of other countries.

theres a tool i want and cant get it...been waiting forever.

i wont die without it..but it be nice to have.

been buying a few things as of late. dang if things aint got expensive. i went into a store i not visited since spring 2020..the start of plague. i use to get some great deals on stuff...not anymore....prices have more than doubled.my visits there will be very limited in future and mainly looking for very old out of production items i might want or need or for items to repurpose.

I have a friend that does the mechanical work on a neighboring town's police cars. He's experiencing difficulty getting parts for the brakes for the cars. That will mean less patrol cars on the road.

The yard sale is about to make a comeback.

 

[Amish Heart]

An elevator part went out at our main clinic in town. It took 4 months to get, and it was a pain in the butt scooting husband to the far side of the building to the only working elevator for his doc appts.
There is an Atwoods store that's been trying to open in our bigger town. Should of been months ago, they took over and redid the old Kmart building. They can't get their HVAC parts and that done, so it sits not open yet.
