I have used Banza as well when cooking gluten free. Other major pasta makers are also making their own gluten free versions as well.I figure Ramen is a grain so I add half a can of beans per package, for a complete protein, and half a flavor packet to cut back on the salt.
I use Banza (chickpea/garbanzo) pasta. Use dried, powdered cheese that I get from Amazon to make mac & cheese.
