I see 2 issues. But I'll wait till others comment
The VW is a rear engine car so the steam would be coming out of the rear except that it is an air cooled engine and has no water to turn to steam.
If it was the one VW that was converted to a steam engine it could have steam coming from the front or rear but it used a totally contained steam cycle so there would be very little steam and only in the event of a breach.
The strangest issue is what is the man staring at off in the distance? If you look very close you can see a flying saucer in the air shaped like a lenticular craft with a dome on top.
