I have a friend that was so Bernie. I see her posts and those of her friends. Many friends. Hell will completely freeze over before they would vote for HRC and they despise Debbie Wasserman Schultz more than anyone.

I woyld have hated it, but Bernie would have had a better chance than HRC. His rallys were packed and she had to pay people to attend. Lol

Sanders would have been a lame duck President from the start

He would have been a total train wreck Socialist.

I'm so happy things worked out like they didn't, but the under 35 crowd was working hard for him. It was definitely stolen by HRC . Even Donna Brasile admitted so I'm in her book.

What's sad it they achieved civil rights and now are requesting "all black proms and all black graduations". That's going backwards

I had a fairly long conversation about this with a woman from I think New York. She said she would prefer segregated schools for her children, and, being the daughter of a first grade public school teacher, I had to ask why. She described many cases where children were treated badly and their self confidence undermined. She had documented examples. That was right after a teacher was threatening young Hispanic children that their parents would all be locked up, taken away and they would be orphans...anyway, at the end of this discussion, I was left saddened but I also understood her point of view. We will all lose if this comes to be, but I can understand that parents want to protect their children.

Bernie wouldn't have been a horror. Because he wouldn't have been able to DO anything. A GOP controlled Congress would easily vote down his ideas....especially as the vast majority of them increased taxes across the board.

Hillary was the dodged bullet. I know, most don't feel that way, but the reality is that we'd have seen some very serious changes during her 8 years. Why 8? I'll get into it....

For starters, by the end of her 4th year, gun manufacturers would be out of business, except for making guns for police and military. Enough laws, restrictions, etc. on ammo and gun types, etc. would have eroded their slim profit margins, forcing them under. Gun stores as well, would then be closing their doors. Guns would still be legal, just hard to come by, and harder to have ammo. In the next 4 yr term, they would finally be banned completely.

Her election would have cemented the entire election process, guaranteeing that future elections could easily be bought and paid for. At first, the GOP adopting super-delegates would be seen as necessary, to pick their pony early in the 2020 race. But, it would also close the door to any kind of outsider, ensuring an establishment candidate on both sides. This is why I say 8 years, because those behind Presidents, would have ensured the other side fielded a broken horse in the race. (they already tried this with Jeb, in 2016, until enough of us said, nope).

She also would have completely liberalized the Supreme Court in her first term. Eventually, this would have lead to throwing out the Electoral College, and embracing the idea of the Popular Vote, thus ensuring liberal victories going forward. And the people, via the press and social media manipulation, would largely have cheered for it. So basically, CA, FL, and NY would decide the leaders of the nation.

All the while, we'd step up our efforts to thwart the regimes of those against the World Bank (as she's on the establishment's dime). We'd get into a full blown proxy war in Syria, with the Cold War completely reigniting. And we would have become more adversarial with Russia in Europe (stemming from the animosity in Syria).

More and more rights stripped away, as a generation unconcerned with privacy, is whipped into frenzies over staged shootings, and racial divide cases blown out of proportion in the press and social media. Until we're so damn PC, you can't sneeze without offending someone....and then getting arrested for it.

So yeah, we dodged a bullet. But....the establishment is reloading folks, and they aren't out of ammo yet.

it's to bad all do not think like you when it comes to religion ,,,

I have no time for the THUMPER'S AND ANY WHO THINK THEY ARE BETTER THAN ANYONE WHO DOESN'T AGREE WITH THEIR BELIEFS ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,IE,,THE THREAD,,,DEPRIVED LIVING WITHOUT CHRIST,,,,,,,I WILL NEVER LET THAT ONE GO
A good Christian is gentle, kind and does not condemn and lives by example( usually quiet types). Real Christians never put themselves above others. Except for the grace of God there I go, and all that. We are all the same as far as sinners go. Yep, I am one of the worse but I keep trying.Don't let the rotten ones make you have a bad day. No one disagrees with that kind of approach more than me, but no matter what field you are in, no matter the job, the religion, the politics, it is all the same. There are rotten ones everywhere that spoil the batch. Don't let it get your blood pressure up it isn't worth it.
