What is that sideways chicken in your avatar?
Raise chickens?
We raised lots when I was a kid back in the day before running water,
electricity and the horseless carriage.
And rabbits.
O.M.G. they breed like.....................well, rabbits.
Chickens and rabbits are a good survival/prepper idea to get into.
I should. Pro'ly will as I live in the country and have some ground.

I raise chickens because my special needs son got out of school and didn't have anything to do. We have 18 now.

I thought I posted a response, but it disappeared. I started raising chickens because my special needs son aged out of school and was bored. I don't even eat eggs, but the neighbors enjoy them. I also have 3 veggie gardens and I can, dehydrate etc. I tried to turn my chicken avatar, but it refuses to move so I keep her sideways. She is one of mine.

You have to rotate image on ur computer first then re-upload. If ur using smart phone you could do it on there. Or...here u go.

Thanks. I tried that, but it's okay. My chickens are crazy anyway
