People rarely converse on phones any more. It's all texting and emails so the phones aren't held close to the head.

I guess I am one of us few who actually uses a cell phone to talk to someone although most times I have it on speaker so not against my head. We did away with a land line years ago. The controversy over cell phone causing cancer has been ongoing for years now and probably will never be agreed on if it does or doesnt. Honestly I think more people get in accidents over them, be it in a car or just walking down the road not paying attention.

I can't do away with the land line. They work when cells don't

cant plug a phone into our land line, if we did we would get dozens of markets calls from morons trying to sell us things, its only used for the firbre optic BB connection.

I ignore those. I just have the land line in case of bad weather that shuts down the cell towers.

I have 2 smart phones.1 has a invalid sim card.and it's the widest 1 of the 2.so it gets used for wifi/internet.the other is for phone calls and texting.very few calls n text thoe.and i use both to check on the weather forcast, when a storm is blowing in or through.

LOL, same here. Worse than junk mail. We still have the line because that phone number is like an ID and I can't let anyone else get it. But nothing is plugged into it. I can plug in a phone in an emergency.
