Chicken killing: Grab the chicken by the legs, tie them up, bring to the tree, tie to the tree. The chicken is hanging upside down at this point, with blood rushing to it's head. it goes to sleep. With a sharp blade, cut the neck and let it bleed. Then pluck. Repeat the same for turkey, but before the neck is cut, drape with a garbage bag or gunny sack. The last moments of bleeding, the wing flapping goes nuts and you will look like Dexter if you are too close. Then pluck.
