Good fuel supply, probly water as well. Then either bike or boat if you have ta go off road. But with all that weight it would handle like crap and have terrible fuel mileage. I don't see that boat staying in place long either.
 
It looks like a target to me... anything you might want or need is right there.
Just take the tires out and you only have 4 to 5 people to deal with and you know exactly where they are. A three man team could handle the score.

Maybe, I'm not knowledgeable about such things, but I'm going to guess that he will be long gone to his bug out camp before I'll say 98% of people will realize that something is wrong.
 
If you ever needed it you'd be grateful. My I'd hate to have to spend months in there waiting on radiation levels to drop.

If I owned that rig, I would certainly want to be wear I planned to go before the rest of the world was alerted however, there is always going to be someone faster, quicker and more knowledgeable than I am. I will just do a better job of blending in than others may.
