Now the NYT is in hot water for the way they brought back the Kavanaugh story:

New York Times' botched Kavanaugh story the latest in series of blunders from Opinion section
https://www.cnn.com/2019/09/16/media/new-york-times-kavanaugh/index.html

Keep in mind this story is from CNN...

But when Fox pointed out the same thing, Fox was accused of twisting the Kavanaugh story into an attack on the NYT.
How Fox News twisted the Kavanaugh scandal into a way to attack the New York Times

The left is nuts and should be opposed in every way possible. They are the opposite of everything that's right, everything that's just and everything that's honorable. They are the scum, the hypocrites, the criminals, the enemies of the constitution.

Rellgar, with that attitude, I nominate you to join the Trump team negotiating with the democrats. You have the right ideas and understanding to deal with them. I do think you need to be restricted and not allowed to use an AR-15 in the negotiations. For now....

Well said.

I read that story on CNN. It was pretty compelling with good evidence to back it up. It wasn't just about the Kavanaugh story but about how the NYT has been mishandling its opinion section for a while.

We should trust CNN on that one. They are clearly the experts when it comes to mishandling and misleading their audience.

Back to the constitution, if RBG resigns to leaves office, the President can nominate the replacement. I think (someone please correct me if I am wrong), only the senate needs to approve the appointment with a majority (which Republican hold). The Democrats can try to filibuster but the Republican can use the Nuclear option to get around that.

In the previous election, the appoint of the justice was held up because the Republicans held the majority in the senate. Nothing to do with tradition, just plain politics.

If that happens, watch for the liberal meltdown. At that time they will triple down on impeachment. What will they try to impeach him with, next?

Yep, only the Senate approves, dems can't filibuster given reed gave the senate the nuclear option under obummer so they can pass obummercare ;)

Trust me. They will be screaming, yelling and trying every trick in the book. They are nothing but crybabies.
HAHAHA Music to my ears. Tell them to scream louder. So what do you think they will try next to get Trump removed. They know they can't defeat him so they can only try some underhanded tricks.

Wasn't the smartest move ole Harry ever made. I have said from day one that bit will be the Dems arrogance that does them in.

Glenn Beck saud that the lady testifying now just perjured herself
This Yankovitch broad is even more arrogant and self important than the other 2 numbnuts were yesterday. She's bitter that she lost her cushy job and looks like shes about to cry.
These career bureaucrats all act like they're untouchable and the world revolves around them. They all need to be fired.

She admitted that she had no knowledge of any wrong doing or laws broken ( We already knew that) and that President Trump has done a better job than Barack Hussein Obama did in Ukraine ( we already knew that too ) .

Jack, have you seen the voter enrollments at your local cemetery? They are already printing millions of extra "I voted" stickers to put on all the headstones.

JUST LIKE THE PRESIDENT: Eight years of SERVING your country and then GET BACK INTO REALITY! Before these CAREER BS even gets a chance to get on the corruption bandwagon, get the hell out. If you are SO damn good, go find a real job like the rest of us. Sitting and farting on your leather seat for 8 years is long enough. The American politician is on the average age, older that any other politician in the world. Only Castro got older and he survived 54 attempted assassations! GP
