Legendary actor James Earl Jones, best known for his innumerable movie roles and the booming voice of the character of Darth Vader in the "Star Wars" franchise, has died at the age of 93.

I just read he was only paid $7,000 as the voice of Vader in the original Star Wars movie. That's an absolute travesty.

I am sure he got extra for the sequels. If I recall, he didn’t want to do the first one.

Not growing up a Star Wars fan, I first came across him as a voice actor in the Lion King when the children were small. I also love the cameo he did in the Big Bang Theory; got the feeling he wasn't acting, just having fun. RIP.
