i dont have much experience with seafood--never cared for it much and admit being a bit unexperienced but i got a question thats bothered me for some time---what the heck do yall do with the 'L'
 
We get Canadian Salmon all the way down in the south Atlantic arriving in South Africa , the trouble is getting the skin off , it is so tuff we have use a can opener, but the flesh is tender 🦈 😂

You don't pronounce it. It's one of those mysterious silent letters that we come across so often in the English written language. Like the way "know" is pronounced "no", the k is silent, well, the l in salmon is silent too.
