School shooting in my Hometown

Holy crap, I know the kid, and went to school with his Dad.

Dixon High School, I haven't even seen it on the news yet. IL.

I didn't know the kid well, but I can't say I'm too surprised. The dad was a wing nut.

Supposedly the kid was bullied. I have to wonder, the dad got a dishonorable discharge form the Army for theft of gov property.

Multiple felonies, IDK about any mental health issues on the dad's part.

I'm curious as to where the gun came from.

I saw mention of it this evening on our local news. The kids were practising for graduation. . . So sad but thank God and those two men no one other than the gunman were injured.
