1 part sweet and sour sauce.
1 part cocktail sauce.
1/4 that much ketchup.
Worcestershire sauce to taste.
Pretty good on everything natural, but not so much on processed meat. no idea why.
Screaming hot honey!
In a frying pan, lightly roast 1/4 pint of the peppers of your choice. You might need to do this in a well-ventilated area! They must be sliced longways and keep the seeds!
In a double boiler, melt 3/4 pint of honey and add a large pinch of salt and a large pinch of curry. Stir well and add the peppers. Pour it into a pint jar and let it marinate for a few weeks. Turn it over ever so often to mix the flavor.
great over cornbread or plain tortilla chips or as a glaze for chicken or pork. One version includes dill seed, but I wasn't fond of the aftertaste.
Ranch mayonnaise.
Two cups of your favorite mayonnaise. NOT Miracle Whip; it curdles!
1 package of dry ranch dressing.
1 package of dry onion soup mix.
1 heaping spoon of sour cream.
Mix well and let sit at least overnight before use.
