No splitter here, so I use an axe. Back or side, not stomach. So...this left/right thing...I use a fork with my left hand, write with my right hand, play tennis left-handed but I bat right handed. I shoot long gun left, but handgun right.

Snakes, preferably non-venomous. Bagel, but I like both. Cello. Soft pillow. Vanilla ice cream with warm chocolate cake.

For those of you who work, would you rather have a long weekend by taking Friday off or Monday off?
I work at least 6 days a week!! But if I could have a Friday or Monday off, I 'd pick Monday!

I am retired, but when I did work it would have been Friday.

Fridays. I worked 14 years at a welding shop with a 10 hour 4 day a week schedule. Then I worked jobs with a 6-15 months on and 3 to 6 months off. And finally a 3 week on and 3 week off schedule, my favorite. I never could understand how anyone could work 5 days a week with only 2 or 3 weeks vacation per year.
Up until several years ago, I always worked seven days a week! I try to schedule a couple days off now and then and have Saturdays off 50-60% of the time! What's vacation??.

Mule. Does anybody even use oxen anymore? I will say I had ox in a retaurant in Germany, and it was pretty good. I would definitely get it again.
My Dad had a team of oxen when I was a kid! They worked off of word command! Don't remember where he got them, and they sold quickly!!

I would head for the pool. I am there to swim, and the pool is much cleaner. If you want to fish go to the lake.

The Beach or the Mountains?

Probably a mule if it's already trained..
Hot spring Pool in winter... small creek sized river this summer
Lake only if I can see through the water..like a clear alpine lake..ooh!
Beach or mountains...how about a small beach on a small creekside river in the mountains with a natural hot spring softly gurgling out of it..
Sitting on a nice smooth rock with my feet in warm water in the middle of a creek with majestic trees towering about the skyline..rays of sun filter through pine branches casting a warm glow upon exposed skin..goosebumps rise in delight of nature's bountiful pleasures..
Sigh....I didn't make it to whitelicks this year..
There is still time..
