Uhhh...101, as in one hundred and one?Last week I had 3 bike rides that were short but had intense (for me) climbing sections. Followed that up with a 101 mile ride yesterday.
What is one set to failure?Was up early yesterday so I did 1.8 miles of walk/run on the treadmill.
Today was lifting:
DB Bench press 4x12
DB Bent over rows 3x12
DB Overhead press 4x12
Goblet squats 3x12
Rear delt flyes 3x12
Bodyweight reverse lunge 1 set to failure
