White done... runny yolk... sunny/over easy. Always cooked in bacon grease...

Too funny, stopped at a restaurant for breakfast. In big letters across the menu it said "Eggs Any Style"..
My waitress looked to be about 17.

I said I wanted 2 eggs.
She asked "How do you want those?"
Me "Deviled"

Before I could stop her and say I was joking she ran and asked the cook! :D

An egg poem I found long ago!

Can you eat that egg?
By Scott Matthews

If not sure you ought-ter,
then place it in water.
If it lies on its side,
then it's fresh; eat with pride.

After three or four days,
at an angle it lays.
But, it still is a treat,
so go on and eat.

Ten days, stands on end,
in your baking 'twill blend.
'Cause it's definitely edible,
in your baking, incredible.

But, if it floats on the surface,
that egg serves no purpose.
'Cause a floater's a stinker!
Out the back door best fling 'er!

I use this float test on eggs sometimes if I question if an egg is still good... always works for me. When eggs go bad they produce hydrogen inside the shell which is lighter than air. It causes the egg to start to float in water.

6 eggs for breakfast?? we don't even eat 6 eggs a WEEK-well maybe just about.

Yes sir , I'm having surgery next week and the high protein diet starting now thru December will help tremendously in healing.
Along with B-150 complex.
And a 12 oz bottle muscle milk at 40 gram of protein daily.

An average-sized egg contains about 6–7 grams of protein. To enable your body to use as much of that as possible, it is recommended to eat eggs cooked rather than raw. Aside from their impressive protein content, eggs are low in calories, high in nutrients and especially weight loss friendly.

This is how my wife eats her eggs. Keto goodness.
