Leftover TexiMexi stuff from the other night, re-purposed into quesadillas, with guacamole.
Grilled chicken, cooked broccoli and baked sweet potatoes in the instant pot. Made sugar free vanilla pudding.
Hopefully take out of some type.
Hubby has to take the snow plow into the mechanic's shop in town to see if the plow truck is working right. Its been in the shop all winter being worked on. Poor thing was a sick puppy. Glad we had a mild winter this year

Hamburgers, fries and onion rings
Pulled pork sandwiches, baked beans with pork from a deli (really good), chips and pie.
Yesterday we had leftover leek and potato soup and garlic bread to go with it
Today I bought a rotisserie chicken at walmart and I'll roast some potatoes and carrots

Baking a ham this afternoon with sweet potatoes, broccoli. Made a Butternut Squash Pie yesterday for dessert.

We had tri tip roast in the crockpot, fried garlic potatoes, salad, and mixed veg. Last of the ice cream for dessert. Tonight is bratwurst and sauerkraut and ?? to go with it.

a baked sweet potato and a slice of Ginger- Banana Bread for dessert. Simple
Last night we had pork carnitas with pico and guacamole.
Tonight we are having keto baked ziti. Grilled Italian sausages sliced and mixed with sauteed mushrooms, zucchini, & onions then covered in a homemade chunky marinara with 3 cheese blend on top.

Leftover chili on top of leftover spaghetti squash, with shredded cheese on top, and a couple dashes of hot sauce.
A jar of veggie beef soup that failed to seal in the canner and yet another egg salad sandwich. The ducks are laying. Eighteen ducks means eggs six ways to Sunday so eggs are gonna be on the menu for quite awhile.

I had a few eggs that had been in the fridge about a month so... I made a batch of egg salad this morning. Tonight was an egg salad sandwich and a green salad.
Split pea soup and cornbread (if I make it today, might wait til tomorrow) and a salad! Sugar free jello for dessert.
