This sounds very serious and I hope you'll keep us informed. I'm surprised there are no photos.I am injecting, rubbing, and smoking some turkey breasts using a BBQ rub. I have smoked turkeys before, but never BBQ style.

It is very serious. Deliciously serious. Turkey is the most under utilized BBQ meat there is!
