I fried up a big batch of wings tonight, plenty for tomorrow. Last night was smoked pork butt, slice meat, not pulled. I vacuum sealed and froze most of it.

Beef hot dogs, pork burgers, oven fried french fries, green bean casserole, watermelon is on the menu for the weekend.

Hubby had to pick up his one truck that was at the mechanics so he stopped at Arby's. We like their Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwiches. Nice chunk of chicken breast in those

Mother's choice today, so we are having chicken & wild cauli-rice soup. Only our kids who hate mushrooms are going to get to pick them out today.

I know the main course is ribs. Husband requested potato salad. The girls are cooking, so ??? They cook well, so it'll be good.

Lunch and supper tomorrow will be leftovers burgers, cheesy potato,mushroom,broccoli soup.
Supper tonight will be Beef hot dogs, last of green bean casserole, last of the oven french fries, dab of watermelon grand daughter left for Granny today, cutie orange, coffee.

This was an unexpected surprise. A local Italian restaurant, which happens to be one of my wife's favorites, is having a two for one special. She had other errands to run, so she brought dinner home. A belated Mothers Day celebration.

@MoBookworm1957 I was going to ask, "You mean we're supposed to eat too?"
Ate a late lunch, always do, hate that.
I'm going to have leftover busketti (Spaghetti). And convince my minions to prepare baked zucchini with cheese and mushrooms. oh yum. this is a great idea. and there's still some french bread to put brioche on it, chopped artichoke relish type thing.

oh, no, they've decided they are going to pick up an order at our favorite little Mexican dive. They're buying. lol
But it's a half hour away. Maybe tomorrow for lunch I'll have busketti.
Nobody, but nobody here will eat brussels sprouts except me.

Then later I ate the failed potato soup.
Never did figure out what I did wrong to the sauce.
Will have to cook tomorrow.

Only husband and grandson eat brussel sprouts around here. Not me.
I'm pushing for takeout tonight since we'll be pod loading, but we'll see.
