Pizza on a Friday!? How unusual? 🙃


I have a 10lb pork loin sitting in the fridge that was just injected with apple cider vinegar marinade and rubbed down with mustard and Fat Boy Premium all-purpose rub. It will go in the smoker around 2pm for 2 1/2 - 3 hours at 215 degrees using a mixture of Pecan and Apple wood. Then it will rest for a bit before slicing. Wife is making a chopped veggie salad to go with it.
