Tonight we both looked at each other and said,"We're out of left overs, What's for supper?" Then the discussion switched to, we don't have time the thaw anything and we definitely can't do fast food... Then the what do we have thinking started....

We ended up eating Canned Meat Loaf (we canned it in 1 pint jars), baked potato, garden salad with cucumbers, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and for dressing we had avocado, Shredded Mexican cheese and sour cream. Quick easy, low salt and no left overs.... only the cheese, avocado and the sour cream came from the store...

Made Mexican goulosh in the crock pot!! Almost a pound of leftover taco meat, a can of ranch style beans (large), a can of Rotel, diced peppers and onions! Let it go on low for a few hours then threw in a handful of ditalini pasta for the last hour. Made green chili corn bread to go with it🔥. One of those " let's see how it turns out suppers, 👍.
Just throw a bunch of stuff together and see what happens! I'll see recipes and just tweek them to my taste.
I also just throw stuff in the Crock Pot. I don’t think it’s ever been ‘not good.
We tried "Hello Fresh", meal in a bag. It was baked bell peppers, stuffed with pork, on a bed of couscous.
Our Pastor and her husband eat “Hello Fresh”. They really like it. They are both very busy people.
