Got a pork loin in the smoker right now and last night the Mrs. made up some some sugar free coleslaw with it (it's always better the next day).

Tri tip with green beans. All slathered with tons of butter and spices.

Chicken thighs with "Slap Your Mama" seasoning. Baked zuchinni boats with melted cheese, baked beans, and cauliflower with cheese sauce.

Jagerschnitzel and rice with a green bean salad. Made chocolate pecan fudge today too.

We had chicken tacos and rice. An awesome meal!

Cheated on pasta tonight. Sauce is home made, pasta from a box.

Really bad spaghetti at my in-laws house. Who knew you could screw up spaghetti?

Went to my bosses house once for a spaghetti dinner. Was awful. Turns out his wife thought the marinara recipe called for 1 cup of sugar, when it called for 1 tsp of sugar.

Tonight we will be having pizza. A 40+ year old family tradition that came about because of Christmas Eve candlelight services at church always being around dinner time. A quick slice or two before church and then another slice or two after church. Of course nowadays my pizza is made with a cauliflower crust.

Then we come home and grill HUGE Ribeye steaks,
Wonderful garden salad,

and today( I replace a baked Idaho) a baked Sweet Tater..

Prime Rib tonight and lots of sides. A request for homemade german chocolate cake, so I better get busy. Making a simple shrimp pasta for the child who is a vegetarian but eats fish. Need to run to the store this am to find a very fresh piece of salmon for her for tomorrow (when we have turkey and ham). This girl knows I love her.

Tonight was Split pea soup in the crockpot and fruit salad. Tomorrow making hot wings and smokies in a blanket. Just the two of us so staying very, very easy for Christmas Day!

Frozen pizzas for us. Arrived at the farm after 8:00, and had to unpack the truck. So we get what we get. In the single digits here

I like to add onion, cheese, meats (pepperoni, ham or bacon) and peppers.
