Got some bone in pork chops that I will broil with butter, thyme, garlic and pepper. Will have them with load garlic mash (cheddar cheese, bacon, scallion, touch of sour cream, etc.).

We ended up at our local Cotton Patch after church. We both had a NY Strip, salad, and loaded baked potato. So, I'll make some dessert later and well call it quits for the day.

Have to take granddaughter to her American Heritage Girls meeting, so I'm quickly making some bratwurst, noodles, sauerkraut. Have some salad left over from last night. I leave it on the counter for the family and get home later and then I get to eat. Mondays are busy.

The place he gets his rellaños from travels yearly and brings them back fresh fro Hatch, NM. My hubs loves them. I'm not to hep on them. I prefer chicken enchiladas for my Mexican food fix.

Tonight its guys night, no ladies at home for dinner (not even the littlest one). So we are grilling up some brats and having them with sour kraut and dark mustard. Will probably make some zucchini fries too.
