We make a Keto dish called Egg roll in a bowl I found on Youtube. Stir fry meat(sausage or burger works well), onion, peppers, garlic, whatever spices you like(we use salt, pepper, cayenne pepper flakes, plus soy and sesame sauce). After the meet is cooked we put in a bag of coleslaw mix and fry it up. Just before its done grate however much ginger as you like. It's pretty filling, taste good, and is pretty healthy.

We took mom out to the local burger place. Had burgers, fries, and milkshakes
I made baked chicken potpie ( double crust) yesterday. We'll have the leftover today
Big Chef salad for lunch and plain yogurt with blueberries for dinner.
More roast beast and left over cabbage stir fry. It was just as yummy the second day.

Have a small tri tip roast in the crock pot. Steaming fresh green beans. Cantaloupe.

I used to participate in a small group from church that always included a nice pot luck meal in someone's home. They always had guacamole and chips for us. One of the participants decided to go help herself to guacamole first every time and would virtually clean out the bowl first thing. No one else would ever get any. They used several avocados, so it was no small amount of guac. Hosts tuned in. One time, we all got there, and hosts asks if anyone wants guacamole. Greedy one jumps up to beat everyone else to it, and the hosts say, "We'll serve you." Hosts had small plates and served everyone. In a little bit, greedy one asked if there was any more. "No, it was all served." Up jumps greedy one, almost runs to the kitchen and we can hear her scraping the bowl to get any that might have been left.
Not everyone likes avocados, but some of us love them, especially in guacamole.

Tonight was an easy one after so much physical work in the yard today. We had spam burgers with egg mixed with homegrown chopped onions and tomatoes given to us by our next door neighbour and cheese.
I baked some cod, roasted some potatoes and had pickled beets to go with it all
Oven bbq chicken legs for me and made DH a ham and potato casserole. (Note to self) Don't taste your own cooking! Ended up eating about 4 bites and am up .6 of a pound--probably water-- but was hungry all afternoon! Don't do that again! Honestly, that is the biggest unintentional break in my way of eating that I have had in 6 months, so trying not to beat myself up too much.

We will have egg omelette with chopped up turnips, onions and 2 chopped up browned hot dogs [ turnips in eggs are delicious, found this out when we were buying cheapest veggie for omelett we could find which was turnips ] . Grits ,toast.

I'm baking marinated chicken breasts and I'm hungry for some pasta salad for some reason. Will make hubby some garlic bread to go with it ( have to use up leftover bread)

WVDragon, this sounds good we may have chicken soon . Hubby likes to grill it, lemon pepper and Bar B Que, baked potato and corn on cob and slaw.

Having chicken strip salad, vegetarian cabbage rolls, cantaloupe, and biscuits for the kiddos.
Tuesday, I stopped at the good deli in the big town and got some tuna salad. I got a baguette from the bakery also. Tonight, I lightly toasted a few slices of bread piled on the tuna salad, pickles and fresh ground black pepper. I had some chips with Tzatziki dip too, yummy.
Oh, I had some whole kernel corn left over from last night to add on.

Spaghetti and garlic toast for a 2nd night in a row.
Stuffed baked bell peppers, garlic bread, and sweet potatoes. Fruit and hot chocolate for dessert.
Leftover egg noodles met leftover spaghetti sauce with hamburger.
That finished the egg noodles.
Still half container of sauce to use or freeze .
Pork steak tomorrow.
Baked sweet potato to be made into twice baked potatoes, green beans.

Today I'm using up the leftover bean soup with rivvels. Get it out of the fridge. Thinking of cornbread to go with it
Yesterday, a big salad w/ hard boiled eggs and an ounce of ham. 2 caramel rice cakes for dessert. They taste a whole lot better than I remember them from the 90's! Or I am a lot hungrier. LOL

When I looked it up on Google it said birth control. Pretty sure that's not right. lol....
