might eat by 9. minions are getting ideas together. See, I'm done. It is their turn to think up the meal plans, shop, and cook.
So it looks like baked stuffed mushrooms and peppers, with seasoned rice, tofu, zucchini, and cheese.

Got chicken thighs going in crockpot with homemade Italian seasoning.
This will be made into Chicken and dumplings for tonight's supper.
Will have chicken breast stir fry for late lunch with all fresh vegetables that need used up.
Zuchini, summer squash(yellow), mini sweet peppers(red, green, yellow, orange), celery, green onions, maybe one carrot.
Served over buttered rice. If have enough will have for lunch tomorrow too.

The cool thing about tofu is it will take on the flavors it is next to or seasoned with, and can be as firm as a cooked to perfection vegetable (i.e. not overcooked).

Vegetable soup made in chicken broth in crockpot now.
Will take chicken thighs maybe BBQ them with home sauce(which will have to make) maybe.

I'm making hamburger soup. I'm also going to make some rosemary bread. I'll use the bread machine to get it ready until the last rise and then I'll form it for in a regular bread pan to let it rise and then bake it in the oven.

I can regulate the size of the slices better that way to keep my hubby from going nutso when he slices it. His are ridiculously thick lol

Wash chicken pieces, put on foil covered baking pan. Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle on Cavender's greek seasoning. Bake at 400 for an hour.

Slap ya momma chicken....Put on olive oil and slap ya momma seasoning
Recently found Cavender's Greek Seasoning in bulk at Glenn's Bulk Foods near the farm. Super cheap.

We had spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread yesterday.
I plan on thawing some chicken breasts today. Haven't decided what to do with them yet. Only had 1 cup of coffee and its 4:45 in the morning lol

Yesterday was ribeye day.today is 4 1/2 LB meatloaf day.i always have meatloaf go bad on me when i keep it to myself. so i'll be sharing it with 6 or 7 others.
