Philly cheesesteak (prime ribeye!) with the toppings, except they didn't have vinegar. Not Philly if there's no vinegar!

There are Jersey Mike's sub shops in the DFW area. Over near Preston Road in Dallas/Carrolton area ...we ate there once or twice. So good. There is at least one more on the west side.

Picked up a few packs of good quality mince and cooked it all yesterday. Last night had spag bol, and made some lasagnes for the freezer at the same time.
Have mash left over from Sundays dinner and a load of veg to use up, so today having mince pie with them.
