Well, just finished prepping and assembling dinner for the oven!

Took me about 2 hours total ... of course I WAS sipping Jack Daniels the whole way, but this is a really lengthy recipe involving a number of items, which all have to be chopped and mixed, and cooked in a precise sequence.

But it's worth it. Pic when done baking (50 minutes).

I SHOULD be trashed, as I'm on my 3rd Whiskey ... I'm not.

Turned out fantastic!!
 
Last night was sloppy mince and mash with veg. I cooked a chicken also used a bit for lunches, made stock and will probably use up the rest in a curry tonight.
