Well, just finished prepping and assembling dinner for the oven!

Took me about 2 hours total ... of course I WAS sipping Jack Daniels the whole way, but this is a really lengthy recipe involving a number of items, which all have to be chopped and mixed, and cooked in a precise sequence.

But it's worth it. Pic when done baking (50 minutes).

I SHOULD be trashed, as I'm on my 3rd Whiskey ... I'm not.

Turned out fantastic!!
 
Charcuterie! A tradition in the lady's home the night before T-day. 4 kinds of thin sliced meats, 4 kinds of sliced cheese, 4 kinds of fancy crackers, olives, pickles, smoked almonds, pistachios, red grapes, blackberries, apricots, and wine. I also picked up beer because I can't seem to get on board with all this wine drinking.
