Fried pork chops and roasted vegetables today

Cooked little shrimps in pan with a tiny bit of ginger marmalade
and 3 fried potatoes sliced..
one is missing ---I ate before to put it in plate

Then cheesecake with chocolate powder

And now sipping a very warm Black Earl Grey tea and honey

We had roast, baked potato, broccoli, and cheesecake, too.

We finished the last of our cheesecake last night , it was good even though it was store bought!! We might have salads tonight or sandwiches (or both)! Going to be warm today and we both will be working outside. I'm not cooking anything big!!

I'm thinking leftovers, there's a bunch. Maybe cook up some ground turkey patties for husband, though, he's doing the meat and veg thing only.

Pulled pork and sides from the barbeque place....cole slaw, potato salad, beans, and mac and cheese

The wife made pizza tonight with ham, sausage and jalapeno peppers.

We had what my mom used to call Spanish Rice. It doesn't really resemble Spanish Rice, but that's what we always called it. Salad and Texas toast.

The rice is lots of bacon, bell pepper, onions, rice, and tomato sauce. Baked until well heated through. That's pretty well it. I topped it with grated cheese, even though I didn't grow up eating it with cheese.

That sounds like what my mom called spanish rice except I don't remember bacon in it.

Probably have burritos tonight, it's quick to make and we have a busy day today
