I took off of work a little early and met Alex at the new Full Throttle Saloon in Branson.

Happened to be next door to our local fish restaurant (Rockfish), so I picked up 2 orders of Volcano shrimp!

Hubby is at work and I have been messing around in the kitchen! I made a chicken, pasta and vegetable thingy!! I'm sampling it now for lunch!! Pretty good so it's supper too!! Not a casserole, I cut up and cooked chicken breast in olive oil, added some mixed veggies and cream of chicken soup after the chicken was cooked. Cooked some medium egg noodles, drained them and added them and some powdered ranch dressing mix to the chicken!
