I'm lazy and I take pre-made mashed potatoes. toss them in the frying pan (since microwave isn't working), add a bunch of butter, season with garlic salt, throw in some shredded rotisserie chicken (also pre-made-- well, the whole chicken is, I take the meat off the bones and shred it). Then I used some Campbell's golden mushroom soup as a gravy-- just dumped about 1/3 of the can in and stirred it up. Mom likes it. The Campbell's mushroom gravy is better but they were out of it at the store. I mess up rice-a-roni so I won't be winning any Michelin stars for my cooking. LOL.

Tonight will be chicken soup. Going to try throwing some chicken gizzards in with boneless skinless chicken thighs that I will cut up with scissors. From there my brother will toss that into the pressure cooker with some Swanson chicken broth, seasonings (including Hungarian paprika), california blend veggies (frozen), and then turn the pressure cooker on to whatever setting he uses. I can't read what the buttons say on that thing-- too hard to see. Need a flashlight and some glasses. LOL. Couple hours and its ready. Add some sour cream once its in a bowl and its good. It's an adaptation of the chicken "buppergosh" soup recipe Mom got from her paternal grandmother.

Lori's bday dinner pick?
Yes, and she has picked Cheddars for our Anniversary dinner on Sunday.

She got a funny cat card and a "Star" sun-catcher.
