Gas is still 4.19 for 10% ethanol in my town, but today when I went back home to visit mom and pops, it was 3.99 at my old hometown gas station. Yer darn right I filled up there...

Went through town today and diesel was $5.69 on the north end and $4.99 on the south end. Town is only a couple miles long.
When I see stuff like that I keep it in memory and never go back. The small town stations around me are usually more expensive but that is (somewhat) understandable, even though they are screwing the locals by purposely charging them more. I will go there occasionally but I definitely don't make a habit of it.

Heard on the radio that national average is $4.71/gal. Yesterday I noticed reg here is $4.80-$4.90/gal. Diesel $5.40 I think.
Most stations here are at $4.49. There are a few still at $4.43. Diesel is around $5.18. Both are the highest they have ever been.

I’ve been filling up north- it’s $4.89 as opposed to over $5 in our town. Ridiculous
One of the expensive gas stations in town, just off the main freeway ramp in the middle of town, was $5.47 for the cheap gas and $5.79 for diesel. On the plus side they didn't have a line of cars waiting to fill up so maybe that is a good thing.

I go out maybe once a week, more like once every week&a-half. A tank of gas usually lasts me more than 6 months.
And since I can find something good in absolutely anything, the high price of gas is having a positive impact on wasteful consumption.
The herd of young people around here that jump in their cars every 15 minutes and go sumwhere, that drive up and down our street constantly, have finally slacked up.
"OMG! I'm out of butter! I'll be back from the store in a few minutes."
...And I think they may finally be learning how to make a list.

Gas prices actually went down.
It was $4.57 and went to $4.40 on the Rez.
It usually goes up for Memorial Day.

Have no clue for diesel.
And this was Wednesday.
Normally it takes $20 to fill my Fiat.
That $20 only fill 3/4 of my tank.

I am about to find out what the gas price is. I haven't had to fill up for over a month. It will be filling the top half of a 15 gallon tank so it will be less than $40.

Today - $4.99 Reg. ----$6.49 diesel...... Cost me $30.00 to mow the lawn .

It went up here too , 4.77 for reg..I think 5.65 for D. Not enough to stop all the folks from comming up the mountain with their big trucks n trailers tho..gah..
Its usually not normal to have lots of traffic this way unless the other highway has a landslide or a holiday weekend. I usually stay close to home during these times ..crowds, traffic , tailgaters n crazy drivers in a rush tend to destroy my calm...

I paid $4.69 a couple days ago, I could get it a little cheaper elsewhere but I'd rather support the family owned stations in town than try to hunt down a slightly lower price.
$4.05 here, though I’ve seen $4.15. We’re filling up at half a tank these days, it’s just less painful at the pump.
So I needed gas today. Tank was getting low. I happened to see a gas station near me that had gas about 10 cents a gallon cheaper than everybody else. Go for it an filler up. $60.70, a new personal record. I drive a freakin' Honda Accord!! Not a tractor trailer. Gas was $4.35 a gallon.
I hear ya, it's just shy of 50 bucks to fill my mower right now, which I have to do again tomorrow, ugh. And I don't even get 2 cuts out of that.

The stupid pumps stop at $99. Won't let you get anymore.

I only leave the property a few times a month for the most part. I got in the habit of filling up on the way home ANY time I go out. Prices are mostly only moving in one direction so generally speaking it's cheaper today than it will be the next time I go out.
Welp......another 20 cent jump overnight, it hasn't hit our local station but in the city 20 miles from us it's 4.99, soon to be here I'm sure.
In my town it's still $4.79 but a station near work is $4.59.
It jumped a dime today. My normal station was 4.29, everywhere else was 4.39
