Hamburgers tonight. Missouri beef on whole wheat flat bread buns, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo. Polish dill pickles on the side with some chips.

Went out to a local steak house with my daughter, who is leaving for San Diego tomorrow. Had a 12oz. ribeye with steak fries and a side salad.

Grilled a couple of brick sized pork chops that had been marinating overnight. Had this with steamed broccoli and a baked potato with sour cream & butter.

Hey Winds, how is that air fryer? I've never had food fried that way, however I'm open if it's comparable to good old fashion hot oil! I know it's bad for ya, but man I love fried food, especially chicken & fish!

It’s good but it’s not the same. I like the air fryer because too much oil makes my belly sick. The air fryer gives it a nice crunch on the outside but it is a dry crunch.
