Why do you Trust the "SOURCE" of the Prepping knowledge you have accepted as valid.....??? (You are betting your life on that source).

I was raised to be able to think for myself.
My parents were raised in the depression.
And after WWII.
So I learned early how to "Prep for Life".
Also pass this knowledge down to my sons, my grandchildren.
This is true for my wife and I as well.
"Prepping" is a normal way of life for us that we both learned from parents who went thru the Great Depression and then World War Two. It's nothing special, it's not a new or unusual way of life.

"Make do, and do without." "Put back for a rainy day." "Eat everything on your plate, there are kids starving in China."
There were so many more phrases that were repeated over and over, but honestly my brain doesn't remember stuff anymore.

no offence taken, I was brought up to stand on my own two feet.
as for religion, wife and I both went to Roman Catholic schools, that put us off organised religion for life.
I too went to a Catholic Academy...those Nuns are mean...really mean....I think from frustration, you know what I mean by that. I too am turned off towards that organized controlling BS.
