I'm not a sports fan. First I've never had time to devote to it as I like finding more productive things to do. Second, I don't understand why the people idolize athletes and pay them millions when a doctor trying to cure cancer dosent make nearly as much....
Ok, back to the point, CONGRATS TO ALL THE CUB FANS!!! Just saw this morning that they came back and took the World Series. A long time coming, since last time was 1908.

I spose its a good way of being the worlds best at some sport by not letting anyone else play? :)

Maybe we should've done the same with Cricket, Rugby and Football.

That's it! The world started to go to hell in a handbasket when the rest of the world was invitied to partake..... We can officially blame sport for it all.

Sal I saw how the Americans defiled soccer, OK it was in south America but in a match played by Americans when some players argued with the ref he pulled out a pistol and shot one of the players dead. I think thats why we try and keep em out of real sports like Cricket, Rugby, Soccer, Formula1, darts etc :), we cannot afford the death toll :)

Didn't watch, didn't care who won. Got more important things going on, like.... anything.
I have to admit, I didn't watch it either. Almost feel guilty about that for some reason. Hey, at least I saw the outcome on the news. I don't watch a lot of tv, so I'm selective about it, news, walking dead, occasional documentary. Oh, a new show called designated survivor caught my interest so far.
